Meet the people behind No Stress M8

This website was originally part of the project 4WM - Work, Worker and Workplace Wellbeing in Manufacturing. The project aim was to better understand the work-related factors impacting on worker mental health and wellbeing in Victoria's defence manufacturing sector. The website was developed as a tool to prevent mental injury in the future.

The design team consisted of highly skilled and experienced reachers and industry specialists including strategists, sociologists, psychologists, anthropologists, policy, health, economics, STEM and education specialists.

In 2023, all IP rights were acquired by Anywise in order to broaden the impact of the platform across other sectors and regions. Anywise is a highly philanthropic firm that delivers projects for purpose.

We love to solve problems and help organisations tackle challenges through research, analysis and evaluation to develop key insights and evidence to support organisations in the development and implementation of strategy and change initiatives.

MEET THE TEAM

Dr Tegan Donald

Content Architect

Tegan is No Stress M8's project lead and content architect. She has a background in STEM and wide-ranging experience working in high-level strategic and advisory roles for complex organisations. Tegan is passionate about solving sensitive and complex problems, delivering evidence-based solutions to support workplaces to achieve their goals. Her extensive work into understanding the role of work on stress, wellbeing and injury, and how effective job design can create both safe and productive jobs has informed the creation of No Stress M8 and its resources that provide workplaces with the tools they need to tackle stress before it happens.

Katherine Post

Governance Advisor

Katherine is No Stress M8’s governance advisor. She is passionate about empowering organisations to be safe and inclusive. Building on a career spanning twenty years in legal policy and social research, including as Senior Advisor to a number of Cabinet Ministers. Katherine provides organisations with evidence-based advice and solutions that achieve real, system-level change. Katherine is proud to have supported the development of the evidence-based No Stress M8 tools and resources to prevent mental injury in manufacturing.
